Our players are not only incredibly good at showcasing their talents, they also passionately share them with others. Despite what people often think, everyone can improvise, everyone can write a song, and everyone can learn to sing. Yes, even Dirk and Linda, those two members of the company who are a bit more introverted and often hide within the group.
That's not a problem. We value a safe environment during workshops, where everyone feels empowered and able to express themselves. This way, a workshop or team-building session is only truly enjoyable for everyone if we motivate everyone to participate.
